Shared services arrangements offer a streamlined ticket buying experience for patrons and season subscribers while allowing our partner arts organizations to focus on their missions and the artistic quality of their work.
In Columbus, CAPA currently provides back-office services to the Contemporary American Theatre Company (CATCO), CATCOisKids, Columbus Symphony, Franklin Park Conservatory, and the Lincoln Theatre Association. Services are personalized to fit each organization’s needs, and can include marketing, public relations, finance, human resources, IT, and development/fundraising.
CAPA also provides shared ticketing services in Columbus. Current ticketing partners include CATCO, CATCOisKids, Columbus Symphony, Lincoln Theatre Association, Opera Columbus, Columbus Childrens Theatre, and the Jazz Arts Group.
In New Haven, CT, CAPA provides production, booking and management services for Summer Concerts on the New Haven Green for Market New Haven and the City of New Haven. CAPA also provides production support for the New Haven Ballet and Yale Opera. Shared ticketing services in Connecticut are provided for the International Festival of Arts & Ideas, Yale Symphony Orchestra, New Haven Ballet, Cooperative Arts and Humanities High School and other local organizations including the NAACP and Orchestra New England.
